  • Do we accept returns?
    Satisfaction Guaranteed! If you are not completely satisfied with a purchase from RITTS., we will gladly accept a return of any new, unused item with its original box for exchange or refund for up to 15 days of your receipt.
  • What happens if the product I ordered is out of stock?
    I will notify you of your options if the product you wish to order is out of stock for more than two business days.
  • How do I place an order?

On the product page, click “Add to cart” to begin the checkout process. 3.To have your items shipped, click the “Checkout” button in your cart and enter your shipping and payment information when prompted. 4. Submit your order and wait for a confirmation email that will update you of its status.
